AMD/IBM 65nm To Be Late?

Additionally, the parties agreed to extend the target dates for
achievement of certain development milestones.

[alan]Since this is the amendment for future process development agreements, I assume this extension is for 65nm, and is enough that they need to call it out in the contracts.
I assume AMD used slippage in the 65nm development as leverage in these negotiations.
