President & Director - Bernard Royer
Mr. Royer obtained a masters degree in project management from the University of Quebec. Mr. Royer assumed several roles of managers and business development in the public sector and in the private sector from 1973 to 1990. He thereafter ensured the launching and the development of the operations of marketing, sales, installation and services in the IT sector for ATT Corporation for the Quebec government market from 1990 to 1995. He continued these activities and their developments with the American company NCR and its data-processing division under the name of Terradata, from 1995 to 2002. From 2003 until today, Mr. Royer devoted his energy to the development and recognition of the technology which supports the brand name and the environmental product Dpollution.
V.P. Product development & Director - Gilles Monette
Gilles Monette is the inventor of the dPollution technology. He was educated in the field of draftsmanship and mechanics. He invented many new tools or processes such as: a removable 3 cubic road ready mix concrete plant still used by many contractors today. After selling many inventions and retiring, Mr Monette devoted himself to finding solutions in order to make the engines more respectful of the environment. In 2000, he designed the first version of the dpollution technology for the combustion of fuels named Action + . The inventor continued his research and development patenting his invention in 2005. Mr Monette brings with him more than 10 years of practical experiments to optimize the combustion of the fossil fuel by means of generator of electrostatic waves on more than 1500 engines of many makes and models.
V.P. Engineering & Director - Rocco Di Frusica
Mr. Rocco Di Fruscia graduated from Concordia University in 1994, with a bachelor degree in Building Engineering, and pursued a post graduate program in biochemistry at McGill University, the following year. He has been a member of the Order of Engineers for the past fifteen years. Mr. Di Fruscia had managed and constructed over 50 million dollars of Environmental projects, Manufacturing Facilities, buildings, hotel, etc... as well as undertaken, supervised and lead the decontamination of several projects. He is currently involved in the supervision and the development of Production for the dpollution Technology.
CFO & Director - Roger Boileau
Mr. Boileau is a Certified Management Accountant who graduated in Accounting Sciences from HEC in 1979. In 1999 he became a World Investment Director for Private Investment Barbados. In 2002 he opened his own consulting company. His impressive achievements include managing the anti-dumping file for Bowater Inc., Merger and acquisition of private companies, take companies public and Factoring business. In 2004 he took a permanent position at Abitibi Bowater Inc. in Montreal as a manager of Fibre procurement and Assets optimization.
V.P. of Research & Development & Director - Dominic Chiovetti
Mr. Chiovitti graduated from the University of Montreal with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1967. From 1967 to 1992, Mr. Chiovitti was a Senior Chemist and supervisor of the Petro Canada Laboratory in Montreal. Mr. Chiovetti� controlled and researched new products, specifically Vanadium Pentoxyde derived from �fly ash�. Furthermore, he was responsible in the design and development of a method to control CO & CO2 levels for industrial gas discharges into the environment, while collaborating with the Center of Emissions Control. Mr. Chiovitti is a member of the Order of Chemists since 1979.
