I took Southrn's comment to mean this morning, but remeber that the 10Q for First Q 2009 stated specifically that, as of the end of the 1st. quarter, they had approx. $3/4 Million in purchase orders on file for the new T8 ballast that could not be filled and shipped until the UL listing was issued.
