Only 1150 tons per day mill capacity seems a little low compared to some.

Current Gold Price ($950) used for price/share in yr3:
They used $950/oz for gold to calculate Operating Cash Flow to get $27/share and Annual Dividend of $1.22/share to yield $30/share stock.
