Well it looks to me they have 21 mil in orders, a company hired to help them find funding, Top people buyiing open shares.... what am I missing. it looks like the Ohio U is not required. (possibly upon further work with ohio u, maybe there was a flaw)
Maybe I'd better read the ibox again.
