Yep. People don't understand how to sell at the ask. This stock isn't a fast moving stock. If it is moving, you can get your sell filled at the ask. So you 1)get more money and 2)help the stock along. You don't screw over the investor like you or me who's holding for a bigger PPS. Because once one person sells at the bid, another person sees it downtick one value, and they panic. They sell at the bid before you can even bring up your L2 chart and before you know it, there are 8 sells at the bid and then it's dropped some more.
