Good point Southern but, in your opinion,is the issue of a patent on the new ballast that important given the existing patent on the incorporated technology component(s). It is my understanding that the new ballast is "patent pending," but isn't that also tied to the existing patent on the internal components and process tying the photosensor in with the rest of the operational technology?
