Hi GF, With NCS what are your impressions of the private equity deal with the increase to 390 shares per 1K invested. I'm thinking that would dilute the shares a great deal and cause the price to come down even further. Am I looking at this correctly? I would like to add to my position just can't figure out if I should do it now or wait.
