I believe that Dexter is honest and that he placed sincere trust in those that were not trustworthy.
What fine mess they have all turned out to be.
How is he supposed to build a stock when everyone is crooked from the beginning?
How is he supposed to build a stock when the SEC attorney that put together the shell (Stocker) was a crook?
How is he supposed to build a stock when your best friend and fellow pinky CEO is totally entranced with the villains?
How is he supposed to build a stock when two or three of your prayer group brothers are OTC crooks or pawns? (Bo Ritz and Marlin Williford, respectively)
How is he supposed to build a stock when you enter into a contract with one of your prayer group bothers (Williford) who just happens to be working for a total scam group (Capnet).
How is he supposed to build a stock when your CFO and IR guy (Williford) refers you to a new SEC attorney who turns out to be an even bigger crook (Moseley).
How is he supposed to build a stock when the crooks (Bo Ritz/Capnet, Randy Moseley SEC attorney, Marlin Williford IR/CFO) are the ones referring you to your new auditor?
How is he supposed to build a company and get filings out on time when the crooks (Bo Ritz/Capnet, Randy Moseley SEC attorney, Marlin Williford IR/CFO) are referring the EDGAR filer?

It makes me sad indeed to see this stock in this state. I can only hope that the company is FINALLY unfettered from everyone that came from that cess pool to begin with.
One can only hope.
When I went to the company I really left with a strong feeling that the company was eventually going to do real well.
For that reason I am staying with this investment, and will remain as moderator of this thread.
