all I ask is transparency from the company, the last time they issued a barrage of PR's they blindsided the shareholders with the BS proposal for Reverse Split..

I think it's important before newbies get too involved to get clarification from SOLM as to what their forward plans are..

I hold shares and am very cautious due to these issues..

a simple news release addressing these areas would be acceptable..
