I agree. I don't see how there can be a RS at this time without a new vote. This PR action is the type I expected to see BEFORE July 1st so they could effect the RS but thats gone now. Also you can clearly see that they're still referring to this Company as Solomon and not Technipower as they were planning on changing the name in that same vote. It would seem that all three of those actions are dead (the RS, the change in outstanding shares and the name change). The only question is, where do they go from here. Do they try to bring up the same vote in the future? Did they restructure the debt to clean up the balance sheet? Did they get any funding? Its hard to know anything without them reporting but it certainly looks brighter now that it did back in June when the RS was staring at us in the face.
