I have noticed here in South Florida that the collapse of the commercial loans is now in full swing. Whole complexes are going down. Tourism which is our life blood has never been worse. My wife owns a taxi business and the man who leased her medallion just gave up. Another guy picked it up and needs to run the cab around the clock now to make it.
