Sorry, dude, I have a job, and it looks like I'm going to need it for a long time the way NitWhit has screwed the pooch so badly on this one.

He should go hat-in-hand, with his head in his hat, to the Sierra Angels and ask for help. He's so deep in the pooh, he can't even breathe. All he ever had to do was give away product while collecting waste stream and build his customer base to a point where he could effectively use his cash flow. Instead, he signs onerous agreements, gets stuck on bulk sales, and then has no cash flow to fill a spike in orders because he's paying the big on shady financing. The free 90 day home demo concept eluded the fool. A proven marketing model(s) was available all the time, but the moron had to try and reinvent sales. He has created the biggest Revenue Prevention Department in the history of agriculture. Nobody wants to put money into the mess unless he steps aside. He can't even craft a plan where he might eventually resume the figurehead, his ego and pride are so monstrously big.

This turd should have been a moonshot.
