Q: I think that once again you are off base. It is my understanding that the patents already cover the component technology which is incorporated in the new improved ballast, and that is the key. Technically, they may not need a complete new patent as the base compent technology linking the photosensor with the ballast is already in place. Nevertheless, it is my understanding that the complete new ballast is "patent pending." I think you are once again raising a non-issue in an attempt to run the company and its products down..
