"My favorite part of the conversation was when he told me to use stock message boards for entertainment purposes only. Said "two weeks ago I was dying of cancer and today our stock is going to .25 for sure."

That's a rather weird statement coming from a company that has it's paid employee's post on them.

Wasn't there a couple of disclosure statements?
