Yes indeed. Agree with that. Unfortunately, the home I stay in is not my own, the bank owns about 90% of it. At one time the bank only owned about 65% of it! So I have no choice but to come out of it to try and earn some scratch.

Who is lentinman and what does he predict?

I don't think people have come to grips with the massive lifestyle change that is going to beset this country. This is no longer the country of the victors of World War II, to whom the spoils of war went. We are now way too overleveraged as a nation and using the hair of the dog that bit us to dig our way out is just not good science.
