I jumped in @.07 with but feet and I am not jittery. I will be tempted to jump off only when the price goes above .017. I am buying more when necessary.

Any PR will certainly give the VOLUME some adrenaline boost. And guess what? OSCI is due for its one PR/month average. This stock is in its worst shape ever so there can't be a PR that's more worse.
