Click through the links on the site. All in all it appears that the Philippines is very Tech Savvy. I'm impressed!

Interesting note: Did everyone notice that the Press Release about the Philippines used the wording "MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING" instead of "LETTER OF INTENT"?

I don't believe I have ever seen that type of wording before. Leave it to Mr. Haffer and company to create more effective wording should the proposed deal falter. Good job, IMHO!
