STOXMAGIC PPS requirement for Nasdaq listing

I may be wrong but I thought the PPS requirement to be listed on the Nasdaq was that the stock consolidated bid price needed to be at a $1 or higher for 10 consecutive days. In some of your posts I see $4 as the requirement. Will you please clarify this for me.
