To All Chemtura Associates:
I regret to inform you that Craig Rogerson has just learned of a potentially serious medical issue with a
member of his immediate family. Craig asked that I inform you that, while he will continue to keep up
with his work obligations here at Chemtura, he will need to give priority to his family and their needs for
the next few weeks.
During this time, please address any matter that you feel requires Craig’s immediate attention to any
member of the Executive Team (David Dickey, Stephen Forsyth, Billie Flaherty or myself). We will be
in frequent contact with Craig. Hopefully with this approach he will be able to remain involved in
important issues but still have the necessary time for his family.
Craig is pleased with the progress we all have made. He continues to be impressed with your
dedication and commitment to our company and he asks that everyone please stay focused on
working safely, adding value to our customers, improving communications, and doing your jobs to the
best of your ability.
