The question is how does this relate to the article? Did they interview her randomly or is it tied to Technipower because of the program (commercial grant program) benefits Technipower's expension which is mentioned in the last sentence (Expansion planned for Technipower in Danbury). How does one comment, The restarting of the programs, and Expansion planned for Technipower in Danbury relate? Very strange stuff indeed.
