IMO

Many investor are unaware of the Dividends Rules
Ex_div etc. and probably will wait until the very "last date"
(August 31st)

I have a friend i talked about GDSM 's Dividends like 2 months ago and he recalled all his frustration with past dividends...
Sumarazing he doesn't beleive in Pink Sheet Stocks.

Figure it out yourself.
