people speculated the same thing with SYMW and maybe it's just to raise funds. but in the end, they're right where they were again and with an uptick (good for longs). people lose so much hope over dilution and panic when its below 001. i had symw when it was .0017 and it dipped at .0008. but guess what it ended up going beyond .002. you just have to stick it out and wait for the right moment.
