Connection with Ky-Tenn Oil

Bill Goodwin is the principal of both TMD Energy, Inc. and Ky-Tenn Oil, Inc.

He and Chuck Murchison formed Target Market Development and TMD Energy, Inc. (a division of Target Market Developemnt).

In the Kytennoil.com website on the management page it states that they formed TMD Energy, Inc. and, "In 2004, it joined with Zaveri Oil Corp. to acquire Kinsington Oil Corp. and was renamed Ky-Tenn Oil, Inc."

IMO they are one and the same and that is the reason for the delay in numbers, with the purchase by Miller Petroleum. JMO.
