Yea the MM naked short these all the time, They get busted too. I think BEHL or ETLY got an MM's arse sued and SEC fined for naked shorting these. Its frowned upon since the big market crash 2000. Next youll be paranoid about high frequency traders steeling all the thunder. Those guys are being rounded up and stuck in cages as I type.
Anyway you and I as penny stock traders can't short these things.

Shorting is nuts with all the funds you have to carry just to keep that margin accout open.....
I think shorts suck and un American!!!LOL
