it defintely might but that is not the play....this has been dormant for a year basically.....that gave the MMs the time to short the heck out of this. When this share exchange gets close that has to get covered. Plus even if they went to 100million shares that is like 25 to 1. I hate R/S but this is not very scary in pink terms...plus the pump is getting ready to happen here with a "Green" company.

If all of this comes to fruition then we all stand to make a lot here. A 400million A/S with patents and partnerships (all strong speculation but it has been prd). BEHL has 750 million with no real product yet (went to .15 cents). ZENG has NOTHING and a 750million structure (went to .10 cents)

This is an opportunity to get into a starter at .0003 or .003 / .004 worst case (after R/S if it happens)
