downtimepg I noticed this happens a lot with OTC BB stocks when they have EXTREMELY high volume. It seems like as if MMs get overloaded with orders and the stock trades with lag. That lag can be very profitable for them and its hard to say whether they can't handle the order flow, or they are trying to skim $. Maybe its a little of both.
