If Ed Hayter is still involved he probably sold the kinderview portion to Alan for ramsom or shares. he will them wait until the old SNV shares come back into the market give no PR to drive share price even lower buy as much as he can give PR Kinderview sold for shares in UDHC. waits for Kinderview to go public then Ed starts dumping the Free Kinderview shares he got from the sale making nothing but free money while driving down that companys stock into the toliet just like UDHC.
