I wrote the company and asked them to
a. create a new class of stock - marked "restricted-not available for short selling"
b. recall all existing common stock
c. reissue existing common one for one to new common restricted stock
d. of course, to cancel all the old common stock --- they better so as not to cause dilution and boy would it catch a bunch of folks with their pants down....

anybody else want to suggest this to the company...
