ich vermute, die sache lag anders. hu hatte nach dem scheitern des deals mit zhengda die möglichkeit eines mergers mit sino canada ins auge gefasst. dann musste er aber bei hartcourt seinen stuhl räumen. die idee des mergers mit sino canada nahm er mit zu unity one...
