They will. They just are a bit looney over there and you have to be persistent. The A/S is 1 Billion. O/S is 980million and the float is 930 million.

The float number is the only thing that is drastically different than what many had expected.

As I said before, I dont really care about it because I knew the float was nowhere near 100-200 million.

Also before people jump to the immediate defense of JD and think I am bashing him, he honestly could have in his own mind been telling the truth. Even though some of the "insiders" shares are technically part of the float, he probably considers them locked up tighter than a drum, which is exactly what he relayed to my friend during a conversation. I think that he might be right about a lot of them, but it has to be awfully tempting for some of them to take some massive gains off the table (who can blame them).

I think that has been happening. Which is fine. It gets some newer shareholders in there with a higher cost basis.
