Got a question for all of you experts out there. Say Bebida does excelent in marketing Koma, and Coke or Pepsi, Quaker, or someone decides they want to buy us out.

How would our current share structure effect that transaction?

would it make sense for bebida to merge with Potencia then sell the company as one big deal?

whats the thoughts out there?
