***ALL READ -- IMPORTANT***

Just had a friend call and have a LENGTHY conversation with the TA. He was transferred within the company to someone more than just a phone answerer. One particular part that is most interesting was this. When asked why so many shares have been trading below the bid, the TA said, "I do not see ANY shares selling below the bid."

My friend had him pull up an exact spot reported on this board as L2 for a long set of trades where L2 has shown a .135 trade go off when the bid was .138, etc. The TA looked and matched the exact time, and his reply was, "I see the trades you speak of, but on my system, they show as going off exactly at the bid of .138 -- not the .135 you are saying someone's L2 is showing."

He had the TA check a few more of these "below the bid" trades," and in every circumstance, the TA said, that they were at the bid or ask and not the prices we have all been relying on as L2 and below the bid.

Anyone care to question the system the TA is using as being less accurate than each individual's L2 posting on IHUB?

**SECOND PART**

The TA went on to say that while he could obviously not speak for the company, EXPH had been a customer for a long time, and that he personally was watching what the company was doing, and in his opinion, they were doing all the right and correct things to grow the business. By his words, the evidence he was seeing confirms for me that JD and EXPH are moving in the right direction and what is being reported about what is coming is, indeed, accurate.

So, those who keep slinging the innuendo, do you also believe that the TA is not being honest? I think EXPH is exactly what it is. A company with guys who so believe in their business and future growth, that they converted their shares into common in an effort to say, "We want to be punished or rewarded along with our shareholders -- but we are so confident, that we are not selling a share for at least two years." Perhaps that's why the restricted is so low now.
