Well actually I read it on another board from someone who spoke to the company.

Fact is that the company already spoke about uplisting months ago so there is no reason to not believe this statement from this guy. They are




spoke to co. has had 2 rounds of questions from S.E.C ( quite common) so s/b getting very close to getting listed...
