look1, until SOLM officially PR's what-in-the-heck is going on, that info HAS to stay.. now that they're pink and no longer have to report, they can do what they want whenever they want as long as they have the inside votes, which we know they do based on the last "shareholder" vote..

people looking to this board for info MUST beware of the company's history and potential both good and bad..
