because penny stocks are virtually unmonitored/unregulated and day trading MM's/turds can manipulate the pps a few thousanths of a cent, particularly during low volumes, to their meager advantage. they are the same twits that post claims of huge alleged profits on their deft trades (notice how they always claim their buys and sells go exactly as they planned) while they probubly made ten bucks before commish.
