Well he is right in that typically IT Managers jobs does not entail cyber security. Where I work we have IT people and IA people. IT folks handle the networking and all that goes along with it and the IA folks handle the actual network security, the sniffers, firewalls etc, but to say all the IT people need to be fired is a little outrageous and it comes off as totally arrogant... Just my 2 cents...
