as i said, i owned it when it was eyem. at the time, the company was involved in eye surgery clinics. the ceo had stated many times that they were in the process of opening several facilities around the world, including the US and that there would be several positive pr's regarding the revenues that would be generated and expansion. of course they never released any pr's regarding this information. it seemed like the company, for a pinksheet, was too good to be true. unfortunately, as with most pinksheet stocks, it was. all of the sudden, out of the clear blue, the company changed its business direction to homeland security. at the time of the business change, homeland security stocks were on fire. i have seen too many companies with no real business quickly change "their business plan" to whatever is hot at the time. what happened to these eye care clinics? the revenues? expansion? etc
hey, if you make money on the stock, great! however, don't expect too much from the company as a homeland security play. don't be surprised to see them quickly change to another business operation once another area in the market becomes hot.
