This variety of PR won't move the market, no doubt, but I do think they keep investors on board. No, it's not uplisting - but we're dealing with a pinksheet company, and when people don't hear news, they get very nervous and the company leaves itself open to bashers making up their own stories.

It's about as far from an uplisting PR as you can get, but it does show progress and keeps investors from losing faith.
