I don't know. I don't own Addax so I don't follow all that closely. I did see a PR that the deal was completed with Sinopec taking in 96% of all Addax shares. That makes me wonder about the other 4%.

I'm pretty sure that once the majority vote agrees to the deal all outstanding shares are converted to cash.

I wonder if the 4% were shares of Addax already owned by Mirror Lake?
