It might be due to legal aspect that ONCP is completely changing how TradeTable looks and interfaces.

I get the feeling that when Mac came out with windows and then Microsoft did a copy, the lawyers had a fight.

Since ONCP designing something new, it might eliminate any sort of legal attack.

This is just my opinion and have no proof or inside information as to how and why the company is conducting its business.
