Now "logically" explain how they plan to accomplish this..

Affordable Coverage for all ----How?
Choice of doctors and plans ----How?
Improve care with lower costs ---HOW?
Invest in prevention and wellness ---Cant mandate behavior.
End Insurance company rationing ----How?
No denials for pre-existing conditions ----How?
Reduce wastefulness, greed, and fraud ---The Govt will do that?

So..They claim they will give EVERYONE coverage, give MORE choices and plans, IMPROVE care, no denials.....FOR LESS MONEY?????
