Wow this legitimizes everything they have done. With Deloitte on board as their auditors you know Sponge is the real deal. Unless of course they get an adverse opinion which I doubt they will. Deloitte can can help get them to the big party as well. I have a feeling that Sponge is going through the motions resulting from the meeting with the Naz back in June. Part of the conditions were that they get their books audited by a legit accounting firm. Hopefully the other is that they get their share structure in order. This is good news!
