First, Thanks for posting DD instead of cheerleading.

IMO, the reason for the BBB rating is because IFSL has been doing business in Vegas for less than a year. I think this is one of the major basis for ratings by the BBB.

I've looked at other companies that had more compliants and were less active in settling them and yet had high ratings.
