Accutane?

This is a reasonable guess for countries that have branded rather than substitutable generics. Some Accutane generics have a 30mg dose, which is not an available dose for the original branded drug. However, the 30mg dose of generic Accutane fills a hole in the 10, 20, and 40mg choices for the original branded drug rather than increasing the highest dose, as is required by the quiz.

The quiz answer is IntelGenx Corp. and Cary Pharmaceuticals; these two companies are planning to commercialize a high-dose version of bupropion, the active ingredient in Wellbutrin and Zyban:
