While I wholeheartedly agree with your sentiment about individual prerogatives, I still think it is possible there might be a few investors who want to know more about MSTF's principal director, David Walters, et al - with respect to behavior and performance at other related companies having similar, complicated, incestuous financials and generally poor stewardship of retail shareholder equity.
