I got into this thing a long time ago back when they were on the OTCBB and the share count was low. What ending up killing it, besides the dilution -- oh I'm sorry, the "conversions" -- was deciding to leave the OTCBB and downgrade to the OTC. That's usually a punishment for failed companies -- who the hell does it voluntarily?! It's corporate suicide.

Maybe the OTCBB had a lot of annoying, we'll just call them "laws," that might've put a damper on whatever they've been doing behind closed doors for the last year and a half...
