I seen the - $178,925 and then did some looking around, they seem to have put out some really bad product.

Info from http://www.walmart.com/

Eg…

360 control review:
I love the setup and ease of use. The batteries make the controllers feel lighter too, if that matters to you. However, it quit charging after the first night. Not sure what happened. When I returned it to my local store, there were no more available online

JUNK!!!, 05/10/2009
DO NOT BUY. I should have know better then to buy a contactless charger but I thought I'd give it a shot any way since it was the only Lithium Ion charger offfered on the site. I tried every thing to get the batteries to charge, Skins on the controller, skins off, and even just the batteries on the charger and still no luck and I even left just the batteries on the charger for 24 hours and the batteries would not take a charge. I returned them back to Walmart and received a full refund.

I think this product is horrible and will be returning it ASAP. One battery was already charged then would not recharge. I think it was a return. The other one never took a charge. Not after 2 days of charging.

Warranty service non-existent, 12/26/2008
Outstanding product... unless a battery back fails... then you are subject to the warranty. I have not been able to reach anyone at Teckno Creations in NM to give a return call or email regarding a new/failed battery back. I bought two sets, and one back failed upon first use.

They have even stated in the Q10 that they had some issues but now have them fixed. But what a F up. You get your product on one of the biggest supplies distribution line only to supply defective product. It would appear it was bad batteries….. Simple fix but a show stopper.

I must say they're losing confidence with me. I need to see some improvement for sure. I personally think the Q10 was a real disappointment. High dept, loan defaults, bad product and where was the good news? Can someone shed some light on it for me?

From Q10

(Further, we view these returns as a result of extraneous circumstances that should not be indicative of future returns)

Tekno does a significant amount of business with one customer. Sales to this customer represented $1,378,386 of the $1,596,038 (86.3% of total revenues) reported in the year ended December 31, 2008. Further, this customer owed us $956,124 as of December 31, 2008. This amount represents 94.6% of the $1,010,173 of accounts receivable as of December 31, 2008. The customer made significant payments in the first two months of 2009. In June 2009, this customer made returns in the amount of $433,933 and paid the remaining balance due. The returns were InCharge units sold in 2008 ($261,867 worth of InCharge units for the Microsoft Xbox and $172,066 worth of InCharge units for the Sony Play Station 3). We believe that these returned items can be resold and they have been added back into inventory.
