Q: Where is the missing concentrate?

Everybody please take a close look to be sure that I have not made any gross errors here in my assumptions. I do mean to round down and be very conservative in my estimates. By gross error I mean it takes the final estimate more than say 3% higher total value since these are loose estimates. I would definitely consider a margin of error of 3%+ an error on my part for this exercise.

Read through the numbers and you will see my point posters....where the hell is the missing concentrate??

I think I have used fairly conservative numbers based on the PR of May 8th that stated they were starting at 1200 short tons per day which is 50T/Hour then working up over 45 days to 100T/Hour which is 2400T/Day.

A short ton in mining is regarded as 2000 U.S. pounds (Ton) as per the NIST goverment site. I have used estimates that go down to about 20% average production rates of their stated startup minimum goal and there is still missing concentrate if they have not shipped....

Based on the number of production days since May 8th PR.

May - 22 days
June - 30 days
July -31 days
August- 23 days

Total 106 days @ 1000 short tons per day = 106,000 short tons (Hourly rate is approx 42T/H)
Total 106 days @ 500 short tons per day = 58000 short tons (Hourly rate is approx 21T/H)
Total 106 days @ 240 short tons per day = 25440 short tons (Hourly average rate is 10T/H)

So what can we surmise from these numbers. (Rough volume/weight estimates)

Input 33% copper (Determine amount of concentrate vs. pure copper multiply by 3)

Input 1% copper content in the average input material
(Instead of using 1.75% and then 65% recovery I used 1% which is low)
****Input @ 1.75% * .65 = 1.1375 (see On2them estimates below based on Hidden Treasure assays)

106000T * 1% copper = 1060 tons pure copper
1060 tons copper * 3 = 3180 tons of concentrate

58000T * 1% copper = 580 tons pure copper
580T * 3 = 1240 tons concentrate

25440T * 1% copper = 254 tons pure copper
250T * 3 = 750 tons of concentrate

*******So Where the hell is the missing concentrate?*******

We know they were running 34 tons per hour of input material even on a restricted input flow while cleaning the screens. The guage clearly shows it in the pictures. I was told they were running substationally higher input rates by more than one person at the plant excluding Walt.

1.75 percent copper (Hidden Treasure)

65 percent recovery, copper (flotation)
85 percent recovery, copper (vat leach, SX/EW)
36 percent copper in the concentrate
$2.75 market value of copper per pound, US$

0.34 oz Gold per ton of concentrate
80 percent gold recovery
$946.00 market value of gold per Troy ounce, US$

70 oz Silver per ton of concentrate
40 percent silver recovery
$14.35 market value of silver per Troy ounce, US$
