Merrill Lynch cut its ratings, 2003 and in some cases 2002 earnings and sales estimates on 13 semiconductor equipment stocks

Hello Merrill Lynch:

TOKYO (CBS.MW) -- Sales at Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing, the world's largest custom chip foundry, surged 83.4 percent in June from a year earlier to NT$15.62 billion ($468 million).
